We are now seeking reinforcement for our team in Vårgårda due to new customer assignments. The team currently consists of 8 transport leaders who work together to manage daily operations. We prefer that you have experience in the logistics or transport industry, perhaps having worked with steel/special goods and, like us, are passionate about the industry. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment, communicate with staff and customers, and maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. Support, guide, and motivate our drivers.

• Planning and loading of special goods on various types of vehicles
• Responsible for daily management of drivers for the traffic area
• Optimize, streamline, and develop traffic work for the area of responsibility
• Customer contact and bookings
• Assisting with order placement and various related administration

In your professional role, you are cost-conscious and have a strong interest in working collaboratively with both internal and external staff. This requires personal qualities such as teamwork skills, creativity, flexibility, good multitasking ability, and attention to detail. You must be fluent in Swedish. At times, the work is very intense, and we expect you to maintain a good service level and a positive attitude even when it is stressful.
